Adm 87.01 Adm 87.01 Purpose and authority. This chapter is promulgated under authority of ss. 227.11, Stats., and 560.02 (4), 2009 Stats., to implement s. 16.306, Stats.

Adm 87.02 Adm 87.02 Definitions.

Adm 87.02(1)(1) “Department" means the department of administration.

Adm 87.02(2) (2) “SAFAH" means Title IV of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act of 1988, 42 USC 11381-11388.

Adm 87.03 Adm 87.03 Grant awards.

Adm 87.03(1)(1) The department may use funds available under s. 16.306, Stats., to provide funds to eligible organizations in compliance with 42 USC 11381-11388.

Adm 87.03(2) (2) The department shall select eligible organizations to participate in this program for grants awarded before July 1, 1992, based upon statutory requirements and the following criteria:

Adm 87.03(2)(a) (a) The ability of the eligible applicant to provide services required for the SAFAH program.

Adm 87.03(2)(b) (b) The extent to which the eligible applicant is able to coordinate with other local agencies to provide job training, counseling, day care and other supportive services.

Adm 87.03(2)(c) (c) The applicant's history relative to implementation of housing programs.

Adm 87.03(3) (3) The department shall select eligible applicants to participate in this program for grants awarded after June 30, 1992, based upon statutory criteria and upon the following:

Adm 87.03(3)(a) (a) The extent to which the eligible applicant demonstrates an ability to coordinate with other local agencies to provide job training, counseling, day care and other supportive services.

Adm 87.03(3)(b) (b) The applicant's history relative to implementation of housing programs.
